Christopher Getley
Chief Executive
Christopher joined Smith's in 2002 having previously been an institutional fund manager. At Morgan Grenfell he built an emerging market business largely for US pension fund clients and then at Cazenove he was the Director of Asian and Emerging Market investments. He became Chief Executive of Westhouse upon acquisition of Smith’s in late 2010.

Jonathan Azis
Finance Director
Jonathan was previously an adviser to Lord Hanson having been a director, company secretary and tax manager of Hanson PLC. A solicitor, he is on the council of the Royal Albert Hall having been chairman of Molins plc and Isotron plc.

Tom Price
Director, Chief Operating Officer
Tom graduated from Cambridge with a degree in economics and history of art. He has worked in the City of London since 1990, as an equity capital markets corporate financier specialising in small/mid-cap companies with Evolution Securities (formerly Beeson Gregory); and Westhouse since late 2009, becoming COO in June 2010. In recent years he has focused both on UK companies, and he also led Evolution's pioneering specialisation in IPO's for Chinese and Indian companies on the UK stockmarket. He is chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance's Financial Advisory Committee; and is a London arts adviser to the Columbia Foundation.

Grant Foley
Chief Operating Officer
Grant is a Chartered Accountant and joined Arbuthnot Securities (which merged with Westhouse in 2012) as Chief Operating Officer in September 2008. Previously, Grant was financial controller at Dawnay, Day International.
Prior to this, Grant was Corporate Reporting Manager at Nomura and before that, a divisional controller at Prudential-Bache International.

Bob Butler
Director, Head of Market Making
Bob was previously a trader on the London Metal Exchange before joining Kleinwort Benson in 1986 when they began market-making, where he served for 10 years trading equities, later in a director role. After spending two years at Sutherlands salestrading, he joined Investec in 1998 looking after the trading in corporate stocks before setting up the market making desk, where he was employed for 12 years.

Jeremy Chantry
Director, Head of Research
Jeremy started in the City in 1984 at Grieveson Grant as a stockbroking analyst, and headed up the Chemicals sector coverage when the firm was acquired by Kleinwort Benson. He moved to Laing&Cruickshank in 1997 and headed up the pan European Chemicals team when the firm was acquired by Credit Lyonnais. He was regularly ranked as a top 5 sector analyst in the various surveys. Jeremy joined Collins Stewart in 2003 as a member of the successful small cap broking team before being recruited by Hichens Harrison to become Head of Research. Following the acquisition of Hichens by Religare he moved to Westhouse Securities where he is Head of Research.

Catherine Daley
Director, Head of Compliance
Catherine graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury with a degree in Industrial Relations (Social Psychology). After training as a chartered accountant with Kidsons (now Baker Tilly) she moved to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme where she worked for the Head of Policy and was responsible for creating a new Quality Assurance Function. She moved to the Financial Services Authority in 2001 and spent five years as a Supervision Associate responsible for retail stockbroking firms. Before joining Westhouse she was Compliance Director for Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers Limited.

Martin Dobson
Director, Head of Secondary Trading
Martin began his career with Grieveson Grant in 1978 after which he moved to Rowe and Pitman before joining NatWest Stockbrokers as head of client trading. He joined Westhouse in 2005 where his role is to control secondary market trading, liaising with corporates, institutions and market counterparts.

Tim Feather
Director, Joint Head of Corporate Finance
Tim graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Law. He went on to qualify as a chartered accountant with Touche Ross (now Deloitte) in 1993 following which he was seconded to the Sydney office. Tim joined Henry Cooke Corporate Finance in 1995 and moved to Brown Shipley in 1997 to found a new corporate finance business. He was appointed a director in 2000 and has a broad range of corporate finance experience, having advised companies in a wide variety of sectors.

Sanjiv Pandya
Director, Head of Syndication
Sanjiv graduated from the University of London in 1983 with an honours degree in Economics. His early career was spent in both broking and fund management including with Savory Milln and Prudential. He has spent the last eighteen years in broking with Yamaichi International, SG Securities and Danske, prior to joining Brown Shipley, subsequently Westhouse, in 2003 to focus on institutional sales and corporate broking. He has extensive experience of fund-raising across a number of sectors including natural resources, technology and consumer.

Simon Wickham
Director - Head of Sales
Joined Arbuthnot (which merged with Westhouse in 2012) in May 2009
Simon has fifteen years experience in UK Equity market.
Simon joined from Dresdner Kleinwort, (Director and Senior UK Equity Small and Mid Cap Sales).
Core Franchise with major UK long only Institutions in London and Edinburgh - as well as the select larger Hedge Funds.

John Wade
Operations Director & Company Secretary
John is a Chartered Secretary who spent the early part of his career in the Listing Department of the London Stock Exchange, latterly in charge of listing policy. He then worked as a director in the corporate broking departments of Warburg Securities and Charterhouse Tilney before joining Brown Shipley Corporate Finance, subsequently Westhouse, in 1999. John acts as company secretary and head of operations for Westhouse.
